My Philosophy
I have extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and
defendants in the areas of law including, but not limited to:
  • business
  • contract and real estate disputes, and collection
  • landlord/tenant matters and disputes
  • employer/employee matters
  • personal injury matters.  

I counsel businesses in the areas of:
  • contract drafting and interpretation
  • non-disclosure agreements
  • employee termination and overtime issues.

I also provide estate planning services to small to mid-size
